My Family

Hello - I would love for you to meet my family. My husband, Arlo, and I have been married for over 22 years and are the best of friends! We have two teens, Zane and Tanis -- and we cannot forget our fur baby, Chewy. We recently sold everything to go on a family gap year abroad to travel and world-school across Europe and Central America! We even brought the dog, who is now known as an "international dog of sniffery."

 

We have been home-schooling, road-schooling, and now world-schooling, on and off for over 15 years and we enjoy hiking, camping, and adventuring as a family. The kids are usually up for anything including full time RVing across the nation! We will never forget our years traveling for months at a time visiting National Parks and getting sidetracked along the way. We have lived in the beautiful states of WA, AZ, and CO and loved them all!

 

In 2022-23 we took a gap year to travel abroad full time and visited over 15 countries. We had an amazing, expanding experience immersing ourselves in different cultures and meeting different people from all over the world. Using the world as our classroom was an incredible experience!

 

We currently have a home base in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in the U.S. and look forward to continuing our adventures -- who knows what will be next!
